a green ball

Boxing as a sport requires a high level of athletic prowess: strength, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, endurance, nerve, and power, just to name several required attributes.

Boxing as a fitness activity enables the average person to hone those same athletic skills, all without having to take a punch.

Train, learn, lose weights and make the best out of it.

The harder you punch, the faster the ball goes, so be prepared when it comes to your face.

Be aware of your posture and core, keep your core tight and knees bent, and start throwing some jags and uppercuts!

The Speed ball will be difficult to control at first, so take your time, hit softer and practice more.
